Parson to Pick-up Perps with Symbolic Pink Cuffs

Sunday, January 14, 2007 - Sgt. Brett Parson, who is leaving his position as commander of the Washington Metropolitan Police Department’s Gay & Lesbian Liaison Unit, unveils to the crowd at the Mr. Mid-Atlantic Leather Contest a pair of pink handcuffs, which he intends to use through his career as a symbol of his time with the unit.
