Mendelson’s Colorful Crew

District Councilmember at Large Phil Mendelson carries a bag of leis in the Capital Pride Parade. According to Ms. Duffie, Medelson’s crew gave out nearly 4,000 of the colorful plastic party favors to parade onlookers during the rain-soaked parade.
