Hey, Bear, those are blowup pix of the original Star-spangled Banner that flew over Fort McHenry when Francis Scott Key wrote the eponymous song. It’s just been restored for the umpteenth time, each time using better technology–have not seen it recently, but it’s an icon in the Smithsonian collection, of course.
