Marine Corps Marathon 2008
Marathon runners moving en masse toward the Lincoln Memorial after circling the East Potomac Park during the annual Marine Corps Marathon held Sunday, October 26, 2008, in Washington, D.C.
Marathoners carrying the American and Marine Corps flags run southward toward Arlington and the finish line after completing a loop around the National Mall.
