The Philadelphia Phillies won the 2008 World Series last night, Wednesday, October 29, in Philadelphia.

At top right, one player from New York City is overjoyed to learn he has been picked to join the the US team that will travel to the Homeless World Cup in Melbourne, Australia.</p>
<p>Kastles Stadium is the newly created stadium at 11th &#038; H, NW, for the World TeamTennis Pro League <a href="http://www.washingtonkastles.com/">Washington Kastles</a>, featuring Serena Williams and Justin Gimelstob, who will have their home opener at the stadium on July 8.</div>

<p><img src="http://www.joetresh.com/tresh/2006/04/cherryrugby5.jpg" /><br />One Banting player, Drew, was hit hard to the chest by a fast Fairfield rugger&#8217;s charge, then  piled on by more. After a few minutes examination, Drew walked off the field to a nice chair in the shade. After the loss of their player, Banting yelled battle cries of revenge. The violence heated up on both sides, barely allowing the teams to make contact without starting a fight.</p>
