Thousands of pro-Palestinian activists rallied in Lafayette Park, between the White House and the Hay-Adams Hotel, the temporary home of President-elect Barack Obama, Saturday, January 10, 2009.

Ralph Nader was there.

Some carried “bloodied” dolls to symbolize the deaths of children in Gaza.

The protest was held in Lafayette park, between the White House and the Hay-Adams Hotel, where President-Elect Barack Obama was staying. The Hay-Adams Hotel is seen in the center of the photo, in the distance behind the tall tree.
